You can add a signature to appear at the bottom of emails you compose in SOGo. You can create multiple identities and then switch identities as needed. Each identity allows you to store a name, email address, reply to address, and signature.
Open the preferences panel of your mailbox by clicking the gear icon (⚙) near your email address in the top left section.
Select “Mail” in the left navigation menu.
Click “IMAP ACCOUNTS” from the options at the top of the screen.
Click the pencil icon (🖉) to the far right of your email address.

To create an out-of-office reply on SOGo for your YMOZ address:
You must not set up an auto-reply in your YMOZ admin and your SOGo webmail at the same time.
Open the preferences panel of your mailbox.
Select “Mail” on the navigation menu.
Choose “Vaction” that you see at the top of the new interface, to access the email filters settings.
Choose “Enable vacation auto reply”.
Choose your settings (fill out the form to meet your needs).
Save your changes, by clicking on the green floppy disk icon in the right-hand corner of the page.
How to Set Up 2FA on SOGo
To set up 2FA on SOGo follow these steps:
Make sure you have installed a 2FA app such as Google Authenticator on the device you will use as your 2FA advice. Usually this will be your mobile phone.
Log in to the SOGo webmail interface using your email address and email password.
In the upper left corner of the interface, click on the gear icon next to your email address.
Check the box next to “Enable two-factor authentication using Google Authenticator”.
Scan the QR code using your 2FA app.
Click the disk icon in the upper right hand corner to save your settings.
