Within 7-Day of Arrival
At those 7 days of receiving the product we will accept Returns/Exchanges with no questions for a another product or a full refund (exclude original shipping cost) with no any restocking fee.
After 7-Day of Arrival
When the 7 days of receiving the product ends we will accept Returns/Exchanges for a another product or a full refund (exclude original shipping cost) but restocking fee may apply, up to 15% of the products cost.
Please be aware that you must obtain a Return Authorization number from YMOZ.com before returning any products to us. returns without RMA number will be refused. please contact us to request an RMA & more shipping back information.
- Returns are accepted for unopened box products only, any opened products will be rejected immediately.
- Standard returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods.
- Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless customer got wrong/faulty product, in that case we will cover a standard airmail back with a tracking number.
- Any damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect product received has to be reported within 7 days from receipt of goods.
Returning Defective Product Received
If you receive an item that’s damaged submit a ticket and tell us if you want a refund or replacement.
If your item isn’t working properly, please check the product manual which should arrived with the item, if you received the package from us without an user manual please submit a ticket and we will provide it immediately.

Returning Damaged/Faulty Goods During Warranty Period
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with any product purchased from YMOZ.com any faulty product should be send to us for replacement/repair during the product warranty period.
Please open a ticket and inform us about the faulty product. order number must be sent so that you’ll be recognized by our system.
