Shopping on YMOZ is easy and fun, you can search all items on our site store using keywords, product names, item numbers, or descriptions. Click SEARCH once you’ve entered the criteria. You may also use our Site Map to find products & information on our site. once you’ve made your selections, click ADD TO CART to add the product to your shopping bag. you will process immediately to our Shopping Cart. you may then view the suggested items listed at the bottom of the page, or browse through the site using the navigation on the left and top of the page.

Ordering
If you’re ready to complete your order, click CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page or MY CART at the top of every page. once an order created you will receive an order confirmation email. please double check to make sure that the information is correct.
Please note, each country has different networks with vary frequency based on internet provider’s infrastructure, please make sure the product you add to cart is suitable for your country/provider networks. it is buyer responsibility to check it before purchasing, in case of incompatibility frequencies, we reserve the right to charge a return fee.

Taxes & Fees
We don’t charge any sales tax or additional fees other than described on the payment process unless otherwise was marked or if you selected express delivery method to the address defined as Remote Area at the shipping carrier system, in such a case we will contact you before shipping to get your agreement.
Usually orders made at YMOZ are being shipped to worldwide customers by Thexyz, 1-1801 Yonge St, Toronto ON or Hong Kong logistic center.
Please note many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. It is buyer responsibility to check state customs certificate requirements and duty for each product will be ordered, in case there is a duty or vat fee requirement buyer will have to pay it to the state customs. by placing an order on YMOZ you declare that you have read this page of terms and conditions and agree with it.

Changing/Canceling order
You can contact customer service to change your order or for complete cancellation, be sure to include your order number. we will do our best to locate and change/cancel your order. you will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. In the event the order has already shipped please see our return policy.

Pre-orders
YMOZ will occasionally make new products available for Pre-Order. Pre-Order items are processed on our website the same way that regular, in stock items are processed by placing the item in your shopping cart, and following the normal check-out process.If you purchase an in-stock item with a pre-order item, YMOZ reserves the right to split your pre-order item from your in stock items so that a separate sales order can be issued for these items. The in stock items will be shipped and billed immediately while the pre-order items will be held until they become available.
While we make every effort to keep you informed of pre-order availability, we can not guarantee that we will update you prior to your pre-order products shipping. Please contact our sales or customer service departments for updates.You are welcome to change/cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipment. Shipping Methods
YMOZ offers fast, reliable & affordable delivery. our valued customers can choose between FREE global shipping on all orders by standard airmail usually with a tracking number. arrived within 5-25 business days in most seasons. we also provide express delivery by one of the major shipping carriers as FedEx, DHL Express, UPS or EMS which usually takes only 2-6 business days from despatch time. with our system you have the ability to choose what kind of delivery way is the most suitable for your needs. we recommend to chose an express delivery to avoid losing packages. express delivery is safe & insured for free. in addition, express shipping supports online tracking with exact present location. Dispatching Time
All parcels are professionally packed and sealed. orders will normally be dispatched within 12-48 business hours (Monday to Friday excluding Holidays) by the selected shipping carrier, for express delivery order we choose the fastest one for your country based on our experience. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. Please take care when entering your address details as we copy these directly for despatch. Payment Methods

Pre-paid company check, personal check, cashier’s check or Wire Transfer are accepted but can take up to 3-5 business days to be processed. We also offer FREE global shipping on all of our products. express shipping fees for the order will be indicated after adding product to the cart and clicking the Get a Quote button. for your convenience, all of our most current pricing is listed on our website and updated in real-time.

Original Products
We declare that all the products on our site are completely authentic and purchased from Authorized Resellers or directly from the factory. products can arrive with OEM boxes or different logo than shown on our site but always products are 100% originals. if appears, for example, that this item is Sierra Wireless or ZTE you can rest assured that it is indeed a genuine product made by them and quality complies with stringent as stated by the manufacturer. if you have any suspicions about the reliability of the product please contact us immediately, we’ll take responsibility for each individual case and treat it for the best.

Order status Information
You will receive a notification when your order is processed and again when a despatch is made. this notification usually will be appeared in your box within 24 hours for standard mail or up to 24-48 business hours for express delivery. the notification comes with a valid tracking number & shipping carrier name. if you have not received any email please check your order status in “My Account” page. your lasts orders will appears at Recent Orders section. choose order number to get a current status. if your order does not appears in your account please wait up to 24 hours and then contact us

Tracking an Order
Once your order has been dispatched & picked up by the courier you should get a message with a tracking number and name of shipping carrier, we recommend track your order via our Track Your Order Online page, Please allow 48 business hours for your tracking number to activate. Please note all orders must be signed for, please ensure you are available at the delivery address. YMOZ offers to our valued customers a 7-day satisfaction replacement or full refund guarantee on all purchases as you can see above. YMOZ offers high quality branded products and operates a full quality assurance process for all our products line. we choose the best manufacturers under the highest standards of quality and service in order to let our customers enjoy from a profitable and positive buying experience. to take advantage of YMOZ’s satisfaction guarantee, the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed above. any breach of YMOZ’s Product Return Procedure will result in the loss of YMOZ’s refund/replacement guarantee.

Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed with any product purchased from us. We offer to all of our valued customers a 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee period. replacement or a full refund guaranteed on all UNOPENED products purchased from our website YMOZ online shop.
Within 7 days of receiving the product we will accept Returns/Exchanges with no questions for a another product or a full refund (exclude original shipping cost) with no any restocking fee.
After 7 days of receiving the product we will accept Returns/Exchanges for a another product or a full refund (exclude original shipping cost) but restocking fee may apply, up to 15% of the products cost.
Standard returns will only be accepted up to 30 days from receipt of goods. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless customer got wrong/faulty product, in that case we will cover a standard airmail back with a tracking number. any damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect product received has to be reported within 7 days from receipt of goods for standard order.

At any situation packages must be taken from shipping carrier and ship back, refusal to receive any package may result in high commission or even abandonment by the shipping companies. the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. any breach of YMOZ’s Product Return Procedure will result in the loss of YMOZ’s refund/replacement guarantee. furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected. visit our Help Center for more information.
Wholesale orders (10 units or more) are non exchangeable or refundable unless damaged, defective, faulty or incorrect product received, in such a case it has to be reported within 5 days from receipt of goods.
Please be aware that you must obtain a Return Authorization number from YMOZ before returning any products to us. returns with no RMA number will be refused.

Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it for free. additional shipping & handling charges may apply, please contact us for more information. the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. any breach of YMOZ’s Product Return Procedure will result in the loss of YMOZ’s refund/replacement guarantee. furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
Please be aware that you must obtain a Return Authorization number from YMOZ before returning any products to us. returns with no RMA number will be refused. please submit a ticket to request RMA number & more shipping back information.

Product Return Procedure
Delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. if any component of the returned product is missing, YMOZ’s Return Procedure will be breached and YMOZ may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing components above and beyond the standard 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

YMOZ offers a limited warranty on all items with value of 40$ and only apply for standard orders (10 pcs or less). warranty period might be changed according to a product kind. most of our items will be fixed by our technical team with no waiting time to the manufacturer review. in case of a product malfunction during the warranty period, product must be shipped to us and it will be repaired or replaced in case of receiving a defective product it will be replaced. we will pay one way shipping back to customer by standard mail, customer can upgrade to express with regular express shipping cost.

YMOZ is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use. this warranty does not apply: to consumable parts, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; to damage caused by use with non-YMOZ products; to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by YMOZ; to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of YMOZ or a YMOZ Authorized Service Provider; to a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of YMOZ; or if any serial number on the product has been removed or defaced.

Physical damage to any product purchased at YMOZ will effectively void warranty coverage. physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage. cracked modems for example, or factorization for attempt repairing are considered to be physical damage and are not covered under the standard factory warranty policy.
